TWO UNIQUE TYPES OF ANALYSIS
|
What is a logline anyway?
A logline in its simplest terms is one or two sentences that describe your ENTIRE story. "An ill-equipped person must defy odds to achieve their goal and prevent disastrous consequences."
If you can't pare your story down to that simple structure, your plot may need reshaping.
Why do you need one?
If you plan to market your screenplay you will be asked for a logline. It is the primary tool to : a) find out what your story is about. That will determine interest or suitability. b) quantify your writing ability. You need to be able to say things in the fewest words possible. (e.g. If it's a comedy, your logline should be funny)
How does it work?
You may send me a synopsis of your script or the loglines you've come up with for me to work on.
Since you may require multiple loglines, this service will provide you with TWO loglines PLUS the FREE logline ( see above), for a total of THREE!
